A Bridge to Achievement is currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to provide ABA services to learners from 2 to 21 years of age. The position will allow someone passionate about treatment to focus their time on consumer programming. We are open to all experience levels for this position as training will occur. The BCBA or BCaBA assesses, designs, and oversees ABA services for consumers. The BCBA or BCaBA is responsible for the development and maintenance of the treatment plan to ensure they are maximally effective. This involves clinical supervision, training, support, and evaluation of Behavior Plans.
