What ABtA’s Mission and Values Mean to Me:

I strongly believe in ABtA’s mission and core values, especially the focus on family-centered services. It is so important for the family to be involved in programming in order to help the learner succeed and grow and to help us focus on skills that are meaningful in their daily lives. I have always been driven to provide the highest quality services and genuinely care about each learner we serve and respect their uniqueness by individualizing programming. I appreciate working for a company that promotes staff training and development and the fact that we truly are a team, working together to ensure everyone, learners and employees alike, is supported and has the resources to achieve his or her individual goals.
